About the Role / About the Job:
Join a dynamic team as a BIM Associate within the Tamkeen Program. This role is pivotal in processing, organizing, and transferring BIM and project data across various applications, platforms, and stakeholders. You will play an essential part in ensuring accurate and compliant model delivery through effective data management, BIM model validation, and troubleshooting. This position also involves 2D drafting using AutoCAD, and managing BIM data exporting, conversion, and interoperability between systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Process, organize, and transfer BIM and project data across multiple applications, platforms, and stakeholders.
• Conduct data management, BIM model validation, and perform data quality control to support accurate and compliant model delivery.
• Engage in 2D drafting using AutoCAD and manage BIM data exporting, conversion, and interoperability between systems.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
