About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled BIM Coordinator/BIM Modeller to join our busbar engineered-to-order (ETO) team at our Ras Al Khaimah, UAE location. In this role, reporting to the BIM Manager, you will create accurate and detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for busbar routes in commercial and data center buildings. Collaborating closely with mechanical design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams, you will ensure that designs comply with agency and industry standards as well as customer requirements.

Responsibilities
- Receive instruction from the BIM Manager and prepare busbar layout 3D models and 2D shop drawings based on project requirements in accordance with Tender, Specification, and Drawing delivery dates.
- Conduct review meetings at each step of project execution with relevant members of the project team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Keep track of and communicate Bill of Quantity (BOQ) changes to the BIM Manager and relevant project team members.
- Effectively communicate with the BIM Manager regarding any drawing and specification discrepancies to deliver quality drawings.
- Complete each project design on or before the estimated completion date.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies while in the factory and on-site.
- Minimize paper usage by printing only what is necessary.
- Forward drawings to the BIM Manager for approval.
- Follow up with the BIM Manager for any pending inputs and avoid assumptions.
- Prepare site measurements based on inputs received from the BIM Manager.
- At project closeout:
- Maintain zero errors in design.
- Update drawing locations of working and output files appropriately for the BIM Manager.
- Adhere to the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policy.

Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a BIM Coordinator/BIM Modeller role, preferably with coordination with all discipline sub-contractors for data center and high-rise building projects.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D drafting using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
- Familiar with work collaboration in local and cloud servers.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and best practices for drafting technical BIM drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit and NavisWorks is required.
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a dynamic team; offer and receive constructive criticism.
- Demonstrated history of delivering BIM models and shop drawings as part of a BIM team.
- Excellent communication skills.
