The company is looking for an incredibly talented BIM Coordinator to join our site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reviews for CAD & BIM models provided by the Contractor or others to ensure all requirements are met and identify clashes, conflicts, and other issues.
  • Provide comments and chair workshops to present issues and work with all parties to achieve resolution, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Prepare reports (text and graphics) on all aspects of CAD engineering design, including site design, building design, streetscape, signage, landscaping, and lighting.
  • Make presentations as required.
  • Collaborate with engineering and planning staff on resolving design issues.
  • Review Contractor proposals and provide comments as necessary.
  • Give design advice and prepare Technical Scope of Work for projects executed by the design engineers.
  • Perform any task in the related field assigned by the Senior Resident Engineer or Technical Manager.
  • Prepare progress reports relating to the BIM scope of work in relation to the contract schedule.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or a related field) with typically 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Potential to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communication skills, and familiarity with industry practices and regulations are required.
  • Thorough knowledge of current technology and the ability to select and apply appropriate engineering software for project use.
