BIM – Coordinator, Mechanical/Electrical & Revit Modeler

About the Role
The BIM Coordinator, Mechanical/Electrical & Revit Modeler is responsible for developing and updating coordinated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and BMS (Building Management Systems) models using Revit and relevant BIM tools. This role involves conducting clash detection and resolving coordination issues with other disciplines to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. The Coordinator will produce model-based shop drawings, layouts, and schedules while maintaining model accuracy and revisions according to project BIM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update coordinated MEP and BMS models using Revit and relevant BIM tools.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.
• Produce model-based shop drawings, layouts, and schedules.
• Maintain model accuracy and revisions according to project BIM requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field (MEP, BMS, Electromechanical).
• UAE experience is preferred.
