BIM Coordinator

The company is seeking a BIM Coordinator to implement BIM processes that support the delivery of a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. This role will report to the BIM/GIS Manager and will be responsible for managing a cross-functional collaboration environment, including BIM/CAD model management and compliance with the Project BIM Management Plan.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure coordination of BIM activities among design subcontractors, including systems coordination, standard templates, clash management, and design reviews.
• Provide BIM production support, maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE), and manage model federation and interference.
• Develop and communicate standardized BIM workflows and processes for the project stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with the project execution strategy and capture lessons learned.
• Develop processes for integrating BIM/3D models with schedules for 4D simulations and construction tracking.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or relevant work experience with 5+ years in a BIM role.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in a project delivery environment.
• Strong communication skills to relay BIM/CIM and technology solutions to engineering and construction professionals.
