Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented BIM Engineer to join our team as a construction supervision consultant responsible for inspecting works and overseeing delivery in compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements. In this role, you will independently develop and/or supervise the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements.

Key responsibilities include defining problems, establishing work scopes, preparing budgets and schedules, planning work, providing technical direction, and reporting work status. Typical deliverables may include detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design and installation packages, proposal evaluations, technical reports, and detailed analyses.
You will provide support for other engineering activities as required and may supervise one or more subordinates while providing input regarding performance. You could be assigned to a project or organizational team, or act as a lead engineer for a specific discipline on a small to intermediate-sized project. Moreover, you will provide technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and junior Engineers involved in the same project.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM Implementation on Infrastructure Utilities Projects
- Experience in a Consultant or Contractor Environment on Infrastructure Projects
- Familiarity with ISO and UK BIM Standards
- Proficiency in BIM authoring and collaboration applications such as Revit, Civil 3D, Open Buildings Designer, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Cost X, Synchro, BIM 360 / ACC, ProjectWise, etc.
- Middle East/Gulf Countries experience preferred but not essential

- Strong oral communication skills with the ability to form effective relationships with Project Delivery Teams, Clients, and Contractors under time pressure
- Ability to develop analytical reports and presentations
