BIM / GIS Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented BIM / GIS Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on-site, full-time.

As a BIM / GIS Specialist, you will be responsible for leading BIM and GIS coordination activities across projects, developing and maintaining integrated BIM and GIS data environments, and ensuring that spatial and engineering information is accurately integrated and geographically referenced. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading BIM and GIS coordination across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Supporting the implementation of project BIM and GIS standards.
• Reviewing BIM models and GIS data for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Managing spatial databases, geodatabases, GIS layers, and relevant metadata.
• Performing data collection, processing, analysis, and quality checking of GIS data.
• Developing and maintaining GIS maps, dashboards, and project visualization tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics, GIS, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in BIM, GIS, or geospatial information management.
• Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS Pro / ArcGIS Online.
• Proven ability to integrate BIM and GIS information on infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and automation in BIM/GIS workflows is a plus.
