Responsibilities:

  • Support project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while coordinating tasks and governance processes.
  • Review, develop, and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR), and BIM standards in compliance with ISO 19650 requirements.
  • Manage information security, Common Data Environment (CDE) processes, and assurance procedures to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant information exchange.
  • Lead QA/QC, assurance, and checking activities for Information Models, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with project and organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain BIM object libraries, information standards, methods, procedures, and shared resources aligned with the wider BIM strategy.
  • Support construction sequencing, digital handover activities, and cost planning through the effective use of information models and data management practices.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new BIM technologies, classifications, and emerging digital solutions to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Deliver BIM training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and capability-building programs for clients, project managers, and design teams while promoting compliance with organizational processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification (Level 6 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree with honours (e.g., BA (Hons), BSc (Hons)) or equivalent higher education qualification.
