BIM Manager

The BIM Manager will oversee, coordinate, establish, and implement BIM across various projects, requiring expertise in BIM procedures, ISO19650 standards, and BIM software. Key responsibilities include developing and promoting BIM processes aligned with ISO19650, serving as the primary technical contact for clients, managing BIM deliverables from Design Teams, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Additional duties involve leading the development of BIM Execution Plans, coordinating with Design Teams to maintain quality in model production, and overseeing project-wide BIM Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Architecture, or Engineering (Master’s preferred), with at least 12 years of design experience, including a minimum of 8 years focused on BIM implementation for major projects and 4 years in the GCC region. The role demands expert knowledge of BIM software and workflows, strong management skills, and proficiency in English communication.

Software skills required include experience with BIM and Engineering tools such as Civil3D, Revit, and Navisworks, as well as familiarity with CDEs like ACCE, Aconex, or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with optional experience in scripting languages like Dynamo or Python being a plus.
