Responsibilities:

  • Support project delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring BIM and digital processes are effectively embedded and aligned with the company Way.
  • Assess project resourcing requirements and support recruitment and capability development within BIM teams.
  • Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR), and client digital handover strategies in line with ISO 19650.
  • Establish and maintain governance, assurance, and security protocols for information management, overseeing model production, checking, and digital handover.
  • Lead the development of BIM standards, methods, procedures, shared resources, and object libraries aligned with organisational strategy.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable standards and regulations, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance digital delivery.
  • Oversee and optimise the use of digital platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud), ensuring effective document control, coordination, and information exchange.
  • Support project planning and delivery through model-based inputs, including construction sequencing and cost planning.
  • Provide training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to client teams, project managers, and design teams to strengthen digital capability.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, influencing senior stakeholders and fostering collaborative working relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies, integrating innovations to enhance BIM processes and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, managing carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced understanding of ISO 19650 information management standards.
  • Professional membership or accreditation (e.g., APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes required for immigration and client approval.
