The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence in BIM processes and digital design delivery with proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary coordination for hyperscale data center operators. • Establish and manage Common Data Environment (CDE) structures using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
  • Lead multidisciplinary coordination efforts, chairing clash detection reviews and issue resolution sessions.
  • Enforce BIM standards and quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and other specifications.
  • Supervise and mentor project BIM teams on Revit best practices and maintain hands-on involvement in complex modeling tasks.
  • Manage COBie-compliant asset data structuring and delivery for facilities management handover.
  • Prepare and deliver BIM coordination reports and support business development through technical presentations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience as BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, or in a senior BIM role focused on data center and mission-critical facilities.
  • Proven application of ISO 19650 on live projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
  • Expert-level experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) and strong expertise in Navisworks.
  • Significant experience with projects in GCC and broader EMEA region.
  • Strong technical background in building services engineering with ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain BIM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

What We Offer:

  • Clear career progression with increasing leadership responsibilities as the department and BIM maturity expand.
  • Exposure to diverse mission-critical projects across EMEA.
  • Direct reporting to the Head of Mission Critical with significant autonomy to shape BIM processes.
  • Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
  • Professional development opportunities including training and industry conferences.
