The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence in BIM processes and digital design delivery with proven experience managing complex multidisciplinary coordination for hyperscale data center operators. This role requires hands-on involvement in model production, team supervision, and technical delivery, while acting as the Lead Appointed Party under ISO 19650 for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Lead Appointed Party for BIM delivery in accordance with ISO 19650.
- Develop and maintain project-level BIM Execution Plans and other project documentation.
- Establish and manage Common Data Environment structures.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination efforts and resolve issues with various design disciplines.
- Enforce BIM standards and quality control procedures.
- Supervise project BIM teams and maintain hands-on involvement in complex modeling tasks.
- Manage COBie-compliant asset data and prepare coordination reports.
- Support business development through BIM capability presentations and proposal preparation.
- Identify and escalate BIM delivery risks.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, or senior BIM roles with focus on data center facilities.
- Proven application of ISO 19650 in live projects, experience with related documentation.
- Expertise in delivering projects for hyperscale operators with knowledge of their Revit templates.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with hands-on modeling experience.
- Experience with Common Data Environments and strong expertise in Navisworks.
- Proven track record in delivering data center projects across various frameworks.
- Strong technical background in building services engineering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
