Job Purpose:
- Deliver consultancy services to the company’s clients.
- Act in a senior role in the execution of projects.
- Assist in business development activities related to consultancy services.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (post-graduate education, such as a master’s degree, is desirable).
- MEP qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP, focusing on sustainability and digitalisation.
- Experience delivering LEED-certified or other building certification projects with a strong understanding of building systems performance.
- Professional qualification and experience with the development or implementation of Sustainability Rating Systems such as USGBC LEED, Mostadam, Passive House, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sustainability programs, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with software platforms such as Revit, AMTECH, DIALUX, and ETAP.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet sustainable and digitalisation requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients as an MEP lead engineer with responsibility for technical and commercial delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Develop in-house systems and workflows focused on automated design via Dynamo, Python, or similar.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Generate repeat work with clients and deliver engineering projects to high levels of quality within project deadlines, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments related to sustainable electrical engineering and digitalisation.
