BIM Manager

This is a high-profile building asset located in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of the information management function for project teams.
• Advise, innovate, understand, develop, and implement processes outlined within the ISO 19650 series.
• Support the development of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Assist in developing Information Requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, and EIR) per ISO 19650.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure security protocols are followed for viewing and issuing information on all projects.
• Review current technology solutions and research new solutions to improve the BIM process.
• Support the implementation of governance and assurance processes.
• Collaborate with the Mace PM and Design teams on procedural elements and compliance with the Mace Way.
• Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and manage associated carbon emissions and reductions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; BIM certification or training is highly desirable.
• UAE project experience is essential.
• Extensive years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
