You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting project delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring BIM and digital processes are effectively embedded and aligned with the company Way.
- Assessing project resourcing requirements and supporting recruitment and capability development within BIM teams.
- Developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR), and client digital handover strategies in line with ISO 19650.
- Establishing and maintaining robust governance, assurance, and security protocols for information management, including oversight of model production, checking, and digital handover.
- Leading the development of BIM standards, methods, procedures, shared resources, and object libraries aligned with organisational strategy.
- Monitoring compliance with applicable standards and regulations, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance digital delivery.
- Overseeing and optimising the use of digital platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud), ensuring effective document control, coordination, and information exchange.
- Supporting project planning and delivery through model-based inputs, including construction sequencing and cost planning.
- Providing training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to client teams, project managers, and design teams to strengthen digital capability.
- Maintaining strong stakeholder engagement, effectively influencing senior stakeholders and fostering collaborative working relationships.
- Staying informed on industry developments and emerging technologies, integrating innovations to enhance BIM processes and outcomes.
- Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
- Advanced understanding of ISO 19650 information management standards.
- Professional membership or accreditation (e.g., APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, or IEMA or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
