BIM Manager

In a world of possibilities, pursue one with endless opportunities at Parsons Corporation! We are looking for an exceptionally talented BIM Manager to join our team and work on one of the fastest-growing projects in the Kingdom.

As the BIM Manager, you will be responsible for enforcing the Digital Delivery strategy, championing innovation, and providing advice and support to clients on emerging technologies, asset performance, and operations requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing client BIM documentation aligned with ISO 19650.
• Conducting support chain assessment and mobilization, along with BIM kick-off meetings.
• Creating work process maps and ensuring compliance of appointed parties' BIM documentation and other digital deliverables following client and international standards.
• Running BIM coordination meetings, digital workshops, and inter-disciplinary design checks.
• Monitoring and tracking implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools.
• Providing flexible cover for the BIM Coordinator team when required.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
• 16+ years of experience in BIM/Digital Delivery, specifically with PAS 1192 / ISO 19650.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, and Revit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM360 is advantageous.
