What You'll Be Doing:
BIM Model Development
- Create and update 3D BIM models for wet utility systems using Civil 3D or other BIM software.
- Model potable water, irrigation, stormwater, and sewerage networks.
- Develop utility structures such as manholes, chambers, valve chambers, tanks, and pump stations.
- Maintain model accuracy in line with design revisions.
Drawing Production
- Generate plans and profiles from BIM models.
- Ensure drawings comply with project CAD and BIM standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination activities.
- Assist in identifying and resolving clashes with roads, structures, buildings, landscape, and dry utilities.
- Update models based on coordination comments and approved design changes.
- Follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and company procedures.
- Perform model checks to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
- Ensure proper naming conventions, folder structures, and data management practices are maintained.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Autodesk Civil 3D
- Navisworks
- Office Suite
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
- InfraWorks (preferred)
- Dynamo (preferred)

- Strong understanding of wet utility infrastructure.
