About the Role
The role involves delivering all 3D and BIM models for various projects using industry-leading software such as Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, 3ds Max, and SketchUp, in line with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide CAD drafting and create 3D models.
• Create and manage BIM families, components, and templates.
• Align the 3D model as advised by the Project Control Manager/Planning Engineer for 4D/5D Planning.
• Incorporate design changes and updates into the BIM models as directed.
• Assist in resolving clashes by coordinating with other disciplines and making necessary adjustments to the BIM models.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve clashes and coordinate design elements.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings and interdisciplinary workshops to address clashes and conflicts.
• Generate accurate and high-quality 2D drawings and documentation from the BIM models.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to project standards in the extracted drawings.
• Review and verify the accuracy of extracted drawings before submission.
• Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization and industry.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for BIM modeling and coordination.
• Collaborate with the BIM team to develop and enhance BIM workflows and processes.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Civil, Construction, Architecture, Structural), or equivalent.
• ACC, Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks Software Certificates are preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling in similar industries.
