BIM PH-Modeler

About the Role
CNS Engineering Service is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to develop and maintain 3D BIM models specifically for Plumbing & Drainage systems using Autodesk Revit. This role will involve extensive coordination with MEP, Architectural, and Structural teams to ensure seamless integration and resolution of design clashes throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will contribute to improving construction processes by leveraging advanced software tools and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for Plumbing & Drainage systems using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare shop drawings, schematics, and detailed layouts
• Coordinate with MEP, Architectural, and Structural teams to resolve design clashes
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure model accuracy
• Ensure all deliverables comply with project BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements
• Review and update models based on design changes and site requirements
• Assist in project documentation and submission processes

Qualifications Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler focused on Plumbing/PH systems
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing & Drainage systems
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Experience in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA) is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on UAE/GCC projects
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans and coordination workflows
• Good communication and teamwork skills
