BIM Specialist

The company is looking for an exceptionally talented BIM Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on-site and full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of BIM processes and standards across projects.
• Develop, coordinate, review, and maintain multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Ensure compliance of BIM deliverables with the approved BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards.
• Review BIM models for accuracy and consistency, coordinating models to identify design conflicts.
• Perform clash detection and manage reports, facilitating resolutions with relevant disciplines.
• Maintain project BIM workflows, standards, and templates, ensuring accurate model versioning and information exchange.
• Support model-based design reviews and coordinate BIM submissions through established data environments.
• Conduct regular BIM model audits to verify compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, BIM, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Strong experience with major construction, infrastructure, or multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other BIM platforms.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management principles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is required.
