As a BIM Specialist – Architect, your responsibilities will include:

BIM Model Development & Management:
- Create, manage, and update detailed 3D building models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.
- Ensure alignment with luxury design standards, integrating high-end materials and finishes.
- Collaborate with other BIM specialists to achieve a fully coordinated building model.

Coordination & Collaboration:
- Facilitate coordination between different design teams (architecture, structure, MEP, civil, and interior design).
- Attend coordination meetings to review design progress and resolve model conflicts.

Clash Detection & Resolution:
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks, identifying and resolving conflicts.
- Address design issues proactively to avoid construction delays.

Documentation & Deliverables:
- Generate detailed architectural and structural drawings from the BIM model.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and international building codes.

Quality Control & Compliance:
- Implement BIM quality control procedures for model accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor compliance with BIM execution plans and industry standards.

Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Identify design risks early in the project lifecycle.
- Work with project management to mitigate risks.

Training & Development:
- Provide training and support for project teams on BIM processes.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies relevant to luxury projects.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in BIM management, particularly in high-end luxury building projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
- Strong understanding of building systems and luxury finishes.
- Excellent coordination, communication skills, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Certification in BIM management or Autodesk Revit (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is preferred.
- Experience working in PMC environments on large-scale luxury projects.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English (additional language skills may be a plus).
