Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the BIM Manager to ensure project deliverables align with established BIM/CAD standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with Urban Planners and Designers to develop and maintain BIM/CAD models, layouts, and planning documentation.
- Prepare urban planning deliverables such as base maps, land use plans, plot development guidelines (PDGs), and sign-off sheets.
- Support authority submission packages, demonstrating familiarity with planning regulations and approval processes.
- Develop, manage, and coordinate planning layouts and land use schedules according to project needs.
- Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate drawings and layouts, ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Experience with MicroStation and Civil 3D is highly desirable.
- Apply BIM workflows, standards, and best practices to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, integrating project feedback into BIM/CAD documentation.
- Promote the adoption of digital tools and AI-enabled workflows that increase productivity and quality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BIM/CAD role within the Urban Planning, Master Planning, or Architecture sectors.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of BIM principles, workflows, and digital delivery processes.
- Understanding of urban planning documentation and authority submission requirements.
- Preferred experience with MicroStation and Civil 3D.
