Job Summary:
The BIM Specialist will design, develop, and support enterprise reporting, business intelligence, workflow automation, and systems integration solutions. The role involves leading the development of enterprise dashboards, automating business processes, and integrating data sources to enhance project controls, engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and corporate functions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
- Develop interactive reports, executive dashboards, and KPI scorecards for project and corporate management.
- Implement workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Integrate business data from multiple enterprise systems through APIs and databases.
- Gather business requirements and provide scalable digital solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in Business Intelligence development.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting within large infrastructure or EPC organizations.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Expertise in Power BI, Power Query, SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, C#, and JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of EPC/construction systems like Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is assumed; additional languages may be beneficial.
