BIM Specialist

The company is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Specialist to join our team! In this role you will play a crucial role in translating urban planning concepts into detailed and accurate digital representations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with urban planners and architects to develop detailed Building Information Models (BIM) and layouts for urban planning projects.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of authority approvals relevant to urban planning, such as DM, DDA, etc.
• Create base maps, including sign-off sheets, plot development guidelines, and land use plans, by digitizing and organizing collected data.
• Possess understanding of land use schedules.
• Utilize software like AutoCAD to create and manage layouts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide understanding in BIM workflows, standards, and best practices to optimize the efficiency of the urban planning design process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to the Layouts / BIM models.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a BIM role within the Urban Planning or Architecture field.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards.
