Project Overview:
The company has been involved in some of the world’s busiest airport projects for over 80 years. In the GCC, the company has played significant roles in the development of major international airports. The company has been appointed to provide project management consultancy services for the development of King Salman International Airport in Riyadh, which is expected to serve up to 120 million travelers by 2030.
Major Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops with customers, partners, and stakeholders to implement the project information management strategy.
- Develop project Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR).
- Maintain the project Information Management and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee configuration control and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Develop and deliver training programs for project teams on BIM and GIS processes.
- Ensure alignment of BIM and GIS deliverables with the customer’s standards.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or international equivalent) with 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Problem-solving skills in an integrated project delivery environment.
- Advanced knowledge of BIM tools like ACC/BIM360, Revit, and Civil3D.
- Proficient in ESRI ArcGIS suite and other GIS tools.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 Information Management Principles and Framework.
- Experience in managing GIS layers, basemaps, and spatial datasets.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
