BIM/GIS Manager

The company is seeking a BIM/GIS Manager to join their team working on the development of King Salman International Airport in Riyadh. This role involves leading the BIM and CAD team, as well as supporting GIS and broader digital delivery activities across the program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing BIM, CAD, and digital engineering activities throughout design, construction, and handover. They will ensure compliance with project requirements, information management standards, and customer digital delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement BIM and digital delivery requirements across design, construction, and handover.
• Manage and coordinate BIM and CAD activities across multiple contracts.
• Support development, implementation, and continual improvement of information management strategies and digital delivery procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance assessments, audits, and quality reviews.
• Champion digital innovation initiatives to enhance project delivery through automation and emerging technologies.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience, or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven ability to lead BIM and digital delivery across large engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM and coordination platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Revit, and ESRI ArcGIS.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 Information Management principles.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
