The company is seeking a BIM/GIS Manager to lead project activities on large, complex projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this on-site, full-time role, you will report to the PMIS Manager and manage a team as a digital delivery workstream manager. Your responsibilities will include directing assessments and cross-functional engagements to develop automation solutions, while championing new and improved work processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops with customers, partners, and stakeholders to implement project information management strategies.
- Develop project Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), and BIM Management Plans to ensure project objectives and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage configuration control and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and implement associated workflows and procedures.
- Define and deploy project dashboards to monitor and track implementation of BIM/GIS use-cases.
- Deliver training programs for project teams on BIM and GIS processes, tools, and workflows.
- Develop comprehensive documentation to standardize BIM/GIS workflows and data management practices.
- Collaborate with customers and project teams to define geospatial data standards and ensure alignment with enterprise GIS environments.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent) required.
- 13-15 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 7+ years in BIM/GIS and Digital Delivery roles.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of BIM tools such as ACC/BIM360, Civil3D, Revit, and GIS tools such as ESRI ArcGIS suite.
- Demonstrated understanding of ISO 19650 Information Management Principles and Framework.
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing GIS layers and spatial datasets.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills may be beneficial.
