In Saudi Arabia, the company is providing project management consultancy services for the construction of the King Salman International Airport in Riyadh. As the BIM/GIS Manager, you will report to the PMIS Manager and lead a team to manage digital delivery initiatives on large, complex projects. Your primary responsibility will be to direct assessments and engage cross-functional teams to develop automation solutions and new work processes.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops with customers and stakeholders to create and implement the project information management strategy.
  • Develop project Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR).
  • Create and maintain the project Information Management and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for effective project information exchange.
  • Develop project dashboards for monitoring BIM/GIS use cases.
  • Facilitate BIM and GIS site discussions and training programs.
  • Establish project geospatial data standards and ensure alignment with the Customer’s enterprise GIS environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of BIM tools (ACC/BIM360, Civil3D, Revit, etc.) and GIS tools (ESRI ArcGIS suite, QGIS, FME).
  • Understanding of ISO 19650 Information Management Principles and experience with project controls and contracts.
