BIM/GIS Manager

The company is seeking a BIM/GIS Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will report to the Project Management Information System Manager and be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Project GIS/BIM Management Plan according to customer requirements. This role includes using Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and GIS/BIM tools to manage and analyze project design, coordination, construction, scheduling, and training to ensure customer BIM requirements are met.

Major Responsibilities:

• GIS Analysis and Mapping: Conduct spatial analysis, create maps using ESRI ArcGIS Pro, integrate GIS data with BIM models, and maintain geospatial databases.
• BIM Management: Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols, manage project BIM models to LOD 300 with a focus on conflict detection and constructability, and provide training on BIM tools and workflows.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members and stakeholders, prepare reports and presentations, facilitate workshops, and stay updated on industry trends.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is required.
