BIM/GIS Manager

The company is seeking a BIM/GIS Manager to lead a digital delivery workstream and manage project activities for large, complex projects. As the BIM/GIS Manager, you will report to the PMIS Manager and oversee a team responsible for developing automation solutions and improving work processes to enhance project efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops to develop and implement the project information management strategy and plan.
• Create project Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), and GIS & BIM Management Plans.
• Develop standard contract language to flow down EIR to AEC/consultants and contractors.
• Maintain the project Information Management and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for reliable information exchanges.
• Define and deploy project dashboards to monitor BIM/GIS use-cases.
• Deliver training programs on BIM and GIS processes and tools.
• Collaborate with project teams to define geospatial data standards and ensure alignment with the Customer’s GIS environment.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM tools (e.g., Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks) and GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Demonstrated understanding of ISO 19650 Information Management Principles and Framework.
• Experience in project standards, data management execution strategies, and BIM/GIS interoperability.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.
