Major Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops to develop and implement the project information management strategy.
- Develop comprehensive project management and execution plans to meet delivery objectives.
- Oversee configuration management, deployment, and maintenance of the CDE.
- Define project dashboards to monitor and track implementation of BIM/GIS use-cases.
- Conduct site visits to facilitate BIM and GIS discussions.
- Provide training programs on BIM and GIS processes to project teams.
- Standardize workflows and data management practices within the context of BIM and GIS.
- Collaborate with project teams to align deliverables with the Customer’s GIS environment and asset management systems.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience; or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills in an integrated project delivery environment.
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of BIM tools (ACC/BIM360, Revit, etc.) and GIS tools (ESRI ArcGIS suite, QGIS).
- Understanding of ISO 19650 Information Management Principles and Framework.
- Experience managing GIS data and ensuring alignment with enterprise GIS requirements.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is typically required for communication and documentation.
