The company Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for early career talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will gain insights into the workings of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem while focusing on networking and skill development to propel their careers forward.
Responsibilities:
- Security Policies Management: Documenting and updating security policies to enhance security posture and regulatory compliance.
- Audit Evidence Inventory: Creating, maintaining, and optimizing inventory to facilitate security project workflows.
- Security Awareness Training Program: Collaborating with security and business teams to raise the company’s security awareness through content design, training distribution, and sharing sessions.
- Regulation Research: Assisting in the collection, organization, and consolidation of cybersecurity laws and regulations related to the digital asset industry.
- Security Project Support: Participating in and contributing to security projects that elevate the company’s security maturity.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Students or graduates from Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science degrees are preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as EU GDPR, DORA, and other relevant data protection and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience with new technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI) is preferred.
- Passion for cryptocurrency, digital asset, and Web3 is also preferred.
- A security or privacy qualification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, SANS, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or IAPP CIPP/CIPM/CIPT is a plus.
