Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance procedures as per manufacturers' specifications and service level agreements (SLA).
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate reporting using various forms related to field calls (Field Service Report, Preventative Maintenance Checklist, Salesforce, and Supplier reporting), ensuring clear and concise messages and solutions.
- Consult and follow superior's instructions regarding technical tasks.
- Enhance your own technical skills through personal commitment and seeking assistance from superiors.
- Maintain a safe working environment in the office and at customer sites.
- Convey and report service contract opportunities to the department head.
- Promote service contracts while adhering to the sales plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university.
- 0-2 years of service experience.
- Minimum score of 80% on the company's Technical exam.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
