Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise blockchain architecture and implementation.
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments.
- Expertise in distributed ledger technology, permissioned and public blockchain models, consensus mechanisms, node architecture, smart contracts, and tokenization frameworks.
- Knowledge in wallet and custody architecture, key management, and on-chain/off-chain integration models.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Hyperledger, particularly Hyperledger Fabric, including enterprise blockchain frameworks and related components.
- Experience with smart contract design and development, digital asset platforms, blockchain network architecture, and API/middleware integration.
- Understanding of security controls for DLT solutions, reconciliation, and transaction lifecycle design.
Security / Wallet / Custody Knowledge:
- Good understanding of MPC, HSM, private key management, transaction signing workflows, institutional wallet controls, and disaster recovery.
Architecture and Delivery:
- Experience in creating solution architecture documents, technical design specifications, integration architecture, and deployment models.
- Ability to support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), workshops, design governance, and implementation planning.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise tokenization platforms and privacy/permissioning models in DLT.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment of blockchain solutions and DevSecOps practices.
- Understanding of financial transaction processing, controls, reconciliation, and audit requirements.
- Knowledge of secure smart contract review and governance practices.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant blockchain certifications are preferred; cloud and security certifications are a plus.
