About the Role:
The BMS Program Manager C&SP is a hands-on customer-facing position focused on the effective operational delivery of Data Centre projects for the Digital Buildings Business, which includes Digital Building monitoring and controls. This role involves working closely with a multi-activities team and interfacing directly with contractors and end-users to reduce risk, improve operational delivery, and ensure a consistent customer experience.

The BMS Program Manager will report to the DEAC Gulf Leader and collaborate with country stakeholders, project sponsors, project management teams, Central Engineering, local Engineering teams, and System Integrator partners to define project objectives and create execution plans. The role also includes supporting the onboarding of country teams and partners, as well as coaching local Project Managers.
A strong understanding of the technical and operational environment surrounding Data Centre project deliverables is essential. The candidate must excel in communication at all levels, be proactive, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and adapt to a dynamic and geographically dispersed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all BMS C&SP customer projects in execution.
- Fully accountable for sales forecasts and execution KPIs.
- Attend all critical project monthly reviews and REL reviews.
- Oversee day-to-day project execution through local contractors while coordinating across multiple projects.
- Ensure aligned execution approaches, engineering standards, and documentation across all BMS C&SP projects.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned from execution issues.
- Meet scope, schedule, resource, and budget commitments reflected in the Project Management Plan.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop and manage the Project Management Plan within established constraints.
- Enforce change control over project scope, schedule, and resources.
- Manage timely resolution of issues and escalate those outside the project team's scope.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring execution of corrective action plans.
- Regularly monitor and report project status to management.
- Support the tender manager to build competitive bids.
- Travel to project sites outside the home area as required.
About You:
- Over 15 years of experience in project management of large and critical buildings with subcontract installation.
- Proven leadership in project management.
- Experience in construction project management, particularly in Data Centre architecture, Life Sciences, and Healthcare is advantageous.
- Familiarity with deployment of Digital Energy Offers, including Energy Automation (BMS Operation, Power Operation, Power Scada Operation, EPAS/Pacis) and/or WonderWare (Aveva System Platform).
- Experience with the deployment of Digital Building & Power solutions.
- Ability to work in multi-language and multi-cultural environments.
