We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Management System (BMS) projects. This role involves executing the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems, including field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrations. The successful candidate will conduct functional performance testing, ensure compliance with project specifications, coordinate with project teams and clients, and prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation while supporting system optimization and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
- Execute testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.
- Verify field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrations.
- Conduct functional performance testing and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients during commissioning activities.
- Prepare commissioning reports, test documentation, and handover packages.
- Support site activities, system optimization, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS architecture, and field instrumentation.
- Experience with leading BMS platforms such as Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or similar systems.
- Good understanding of communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
- Ability to read and interpret control drawings, sequences of operation, and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required.
- Proficient in MS Office (Project, Word & PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good English writing & communication skills.
