Board Election & Shareholder Communications Advisor

About the Role
An experienced consultant is sought to support individual board members seeking reelection in a Saudi closed joint-stock company. The consultant will assist these members by developing positioning, crafting messages, and creating communication materials, in addition to providing coaching on effective delivery.

Scope of Work

• Review company strategy and financial performance.
• Develop distinct positioning, key messages, and an electoral program for each candidate.
• Prepare shareholder presentations, speeches, and concise communication materials.
• Develop evidence-based responses to difficult questions on performance, accountability, and conflicts of interest.
• Coach candidates on presentation delivery and Q&A.

Relevant Experience

• Strategic, financial, and shareholder communications.
• Investor relations and corporate governance.
• Executive messaging, speechwriting, and presentation coaching.
• Professional Arabic writing and experience with Saudi companies.
• Direct experience supporting corporate board candidates is preferred.

Engagement
This is a short-term consultancy, with deliverables required within 5 days. Consultants should confirm availability and any team support needed. The scope includes content development and coaching; however, publishing, advertising, and direct shareholder outreach are excluded.
