Branch Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, achieving financial goals, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflow.
• Achieve the set financial and sales targets for the branch.
• Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the team and provide necessary training and support to achieve optimal performance.
• Address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Have a deep understanding of operational standards, guest service, safety standards, and business performance.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with upper management to define goals and future directions.
• Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and school holidays as required by operational demands.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entertainment, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, preferably in the tourism and entertainment sector.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on numbers.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
