What You Will Do:
- Develop the annual experiential strategy and brand standards for Denza and Yangwang, ensuring clear brand differentiation.
- Plan and deliver launches, VIP experiences, roadshows, sponsorships, and other brand events from concept through execution.
- Create personalized luxury experiences that support acquisition and retention of High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.
- Manage experiential agencies, suppliers, venues, contracts, and deliverables to required brand and budget standards.
- Manage experiential budgets, approvals, purchase orders, payments, spend tracking, and post-event reconciliation.
- Coordinate with digital, CRM, PR, social, internal agency, and OEM teams to deliver integrated activations and approvals.
- Complete required training, maintain professional development, and uphold the company's values and Electric Mobility brand standards.
- Deliver activations on time, within budget, and to brand standards, with timely reporting, approvals, supplier contracting, training, and full compliance.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 5 years in experiential marketing, brand experience, and events management.
- Demonstrated experience in luxury or premium brand environments is mandatory (client-side or agency).
- Automotive, hospitality, or lifestyle luxury sectors strongly preferred.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activations.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
