Key Responsibilities
- Execute Oncology brand strategies and annual operating plans across the Gulf region.
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Compliance, and external partners to ensure effective execution of brand plans.
- Support field force effectiveness through training, brand tools, and customer-focused initiatives.
- Manage brand budgets, project timelines, and operational activities to deliver results effectively.
What You Bring
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Oncology or specialty care experience is preferred.
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a strong drive for execution and results.
