Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and operations of brand advertising pricing and competitiveness, including continuous pricing optimization based on competitive landscape and product value.
  • Conduct competitive research on traffic allocation mechanisms and pricing models across platforms like Meta and Google/YouTube.
  • Deliver actionable competitive strategy recommendations for product and sales decision-making.
  • Develop an understanding of brand advertising traffic mechanisms and collaborate with Product teams to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain monitoring frameworks for brand advertising pricing and traffic; diagnose anomalies and drive standardization.
  • Improve advertiser brand ad creative quality and campaign performance by leveraging AI creative capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth product strategy deployment across markets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in product operations, strategy, or business operations with knowledge of digital advertising logic.
  • Strong strategic and systematic thinking with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong commercial instincts, analytical thinking, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • High level of oral and written fluency in English to communicate with the METAP region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest and basic understanding of AI creative tools and generative AI applications in advertising.
  • Experience in product, operations, or strategy roles at competing advertising platforms.
  • Background in management consulting with pricing strategy or go-to-market (GTM) project experience.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Language Requirements:
High oral and written fluency in English is required.
