About the Job:
Are you a self-starter with a passion for e-commerce looking to expand your retail skillset and shape the way the biggest brands work with the company? As a Brand Specialist, you will be part of the Strategic Vendor Services (SVS) team, providing a suite of services to help the company's most strategic brands across key areas of retail business. Your main responsibilities will involve working with vendors supplying top brands on the company, acting as the main point of contact, and improving their performance while ensuring their satisfaction with the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the relationship end-to-end with top brands.
  • Partner with key retail functions internally to define priorities and operational goals according to the brands’ needs.
  • Collaborate with the Media Team to ensure best-in-class event execution.
  • Define joint business plans and assist in delivering impact for supported brands.
  • Regularly audit metrics to drive the quality of the SVS experience and deliver targets.
  • Provide business advice based on financial analysis, identify areas of opportunity, help grow product selection, and improve product discoverability.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce costs and lead times while increasing innovation.
  • Analyze traffic channels and support marketing and merchandising campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain with an excellent academic background.
  • Between 0 – 4 years of experience in key account management, project management, customer-facing roles, or commercial roles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel proficiency is a must).
  • Experience in MNCs, especially in FMCG/E-commerce/Digital is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
  • Background in brand management and key account management.
  • Experience managing large amounts of data.
