Position

Are you a self-starter with a passion for e-commerce, looking to expand your retail skillset and shape the way the biggest brands work with the company? As a Brand Specialist, you will be part of the company's Vendor Services (AVS) team, which provides a suite of services designed to help the company's most strategic brands across all key areas of retail business. You will work with vendors supplying the top brands on the company, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the relationship end-to-end with top brands, serving as a trusted business advisor.
  • Partner internally with key retail functions to define priorities and operational goals according to the brands’ needs.
  • Collaborate with the Media Team to ensure best-in-class event execution.
  • Define joint business plans and assist in delivering impactful results for the brands you support directly.
  • Regularly audit metrics and drive quality improvements in the AVS experience.
  • Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation of the AVS across MENA.

Focus Areas:
Brand Specialists typically focus on the following tasks:

  • Business Advice: Provide business insight based on financial analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Selection: Manage the launch of new products and improve product discoverability.
  • Availability: Drive process improvements and operational excellence to reduce costs and lead times, and enhance innovation.
  • Traffic: Analyze traffic channels and support marketing and merchandising campaigns.
  • Conversion: Plan and execute promotional activities to improve the customer journey on the company.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering fields, or Supply Chain.
  • 0-4 years of experience in key accounts management, project management, customer-facing roles, or commercial roles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel proficiency is a must).
  • Experience in MNCs, particularly in FMCG/E-commerce/Digital is preferred.
  • English proficiency; Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in process improvement and using analytical tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
  • Previous experience in digital and e-commerce space, brand management, or key account management.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data.
