About the Job:
Are you a self-starter with a passion for e-commerce, looking to expand your retail skillset and shape the way the biggest brands work with the company? As a Brand Specialist, you will be part of the company Vendor Services (AVS) team, which provides a suite of services designed to help the company's most strategic brands work across all key areas of the retail business. You will work with vendors supplying the top brands on the company, acting as their main point of contact. Your priority will be to work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow your brands and improve their performance while facilitating great business relationships and ensuring vendor satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end relationships with top brands.
  • Collaborate internally with key retail functions to define priorities and operational goals based on brand needs.
  • Partner with the Media Team to ensure best-in-class event execution.
  • Conduct regular audits of metrics to drive the quality of the AVS experience and meet targets.
  • Provide business advice based on financial analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Manage the launch of new products and improve product discoverability.
  • Analyze traffic channels and support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to improve the customer journey on the company.

This role offers 360° exposure to various areas of the e-commerce industry, opening a multitude of career paths.

Basic Qualifications:

  • In final year of study for Bachelor's or Master's degree, or graduated in the last 24 months with a degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in key accounts management, project management, customer-facing roles, or commercial roles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with Excel proficiency a must.
  • English proficiency; Arabic speaking is an advantage.
  • UAE National with family book.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital and e-commerce.
  • Brand management experience at portfolio/regional roles.
  • Previous Key Account Management experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in multinational companies, preferably in FMCG/E-commerce/Digital.
  • Experience in process improvement and managing large amounts of data.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
