About the Role The company is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in residential and commercial properties across secondary and off-plan markets. We are seeking Real Estate Advisors with familiarity in the UK market, excellent English communication skills, and experience in Dubai real estate sales. The ideal candidate is skilled at building relationships with British and international clients, identifying suitable property opportunities, and converting leads into successful transactions. Responsibilities - Build and maintain relationships with British and international clients. - Identify and present suitable property opportunities to clients. - Convert leads into successful transactions and achieve sales targets. - Utilize understanding of Dubai's property market to guide clients effectively. - Negotiate deals and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales. - Excellent English fluency and professional communication skills. - Strong understanding of Dubai's property market. - Experience in property sales, preferably in the off-plan and/or secondary market. - Familiarity with British clients or the UK property market is an advantage. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals. - Strong negotiation and client relationship skills. - Valid UAE driving license. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
