Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Lead and drive Business Development activities across the Middle East region, identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure effective utilization of the team by managing staffing levels and aligning resources with project demands.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a regional business group program, including business development strategies and quality assurance programs.
- Identify and establish effective external partnerships to support program growth and industry representation.
- Collaborate with other Regional Business Group Managers and Operations Directors to drive performance, strategies, and support initiatives in the UK market.
- Participate in meetings and functions defined by the Area Building Engineering Services Business Group Manager role.
- Engage in driving workshare activities and operational leadership inquiries related to project management.
- Assist in the review of risk management plans and participate in project reviews for critical projects.
- Identify and prioritize hires while supporting talent management activities.
- Review marketing forecasts to align staffing with project backlog and drive growth with Project Managers.
- Participate in annual planning and budgeting processes.
- Act as the primary interface with Operational Leadership demonstrating commercial acumen.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering, or closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams.
- Proven business development experience, driving regional growth.
- Strong understanding of resource planning and team utilization management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various managerial levels and teams.
- Must reside within the UK.
- Commitment to engaging in the employee-owned culture is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Regional Business Group teams and key clients in the Middle East, particularly in UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Technical expertise within the Building Engineering Services sector.
- Ideally, holds a professional or engineering registration.
