As a Senior Manager – Business Architect, you will lead the identification and realization of business value by conducting current state assessments and defining high-level customer requirements. This critical project will leverage SAP S/4HANA Finance to transform capital expenditure processes and drive strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed current state assessments and identify high-impact business opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Define and design comprehensive business solutions and architectures to achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop, present, and defend business cases to secure funding and executive buy-in.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Finance, guiding solution architecture and implementation decisions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business strategies with technology solutions and ensure seamless integration.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive decision-making across diverse teams.
• Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying improvement areas and recommending transformational changes.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and enhancing the team’s business architecture capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business architecture, ERP transformation, or enterprise consulting.
• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance is mandatory.
• Deep expertise in Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry or large capital expenditure ERP projects is highly desirable.
