As a Senior Manager – Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and realizing business value by performing current state assessments and defining high-level customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead current state assessments and identify impactful business opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Design and define comprehensive business solutions and architectures to meet strategic objectives.
- Develop and present business cases to secure funding and executive support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Finance, influencing solution architecture and implementation decisions.
- Apply advanced knowledge in Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business strategies with technological solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements and build consensus across teams.
- Analyze existing business processes, recommending transformational changes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their business architecture capabilities.
- Engage with multiple teams to contribute to critical project decisions and solve complex challenges.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business architecture, ERP transformation, or enterprise consulting.
- Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in large-scale, complex projects.
- Experience in the oil & gas industry or large capital expenditure ERP projects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive advisory skills.
