Position

This role in Riyadh involves managing requirements to ensure quality, consistency, and traceability across initiatives. Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining standards for requirements management, establishing governance for sign-offs and change controls, and engaging stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. You will facilitate workshops, document requirements, and bridge communication between business users, project managers, architects, and developers. In addition, you will create requirements management plans, prioritize requirements, and manage scope changes, while overseeing the production of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and ensuring full traceability from objectives to test cases. Your responsibilities also encompass mentoring a team of business analysts and providing training on requirements engineering best practices, promoting agile and hybrid methodologies, and driving tool adoption for requirements management.

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field and have over 8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience managing requirements for large-scale programs and certifications in Business Analysis are highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as delivery methods like Agile and Waterfall, is essential.
