Accountabilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions to business problems.
- Constructing data models and analytical tools to support stakeholders in making key commercial decisions, ensuring reliable and well-structured datasets for analysis.
- Building, automating, and maintaining dashboards and reports that track KPIs and provide actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Maintaining and automating routine tasks related to system health.
- Participating in key projects, including testing and implementing new technologies to maximize revenue.
- Managing data quality assurance for inputs and outputs across various reports and analytical tools.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an analytical role.
- Proficient in data science programming languages (R, Python, Tableau) and strong proficiency in SQL and VBA for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses for non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferably knowledgeable about basic machine learning or predictive modeling techniques and their application to business problems.
